ALL CUSTOMER OREDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 72 HOURS, BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR SALE PLEASE CONFIRM THE MAILING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. I'M JAZZY BY JANAE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYED, LOST, OR STOLEN ITEMS BEING SHIPPED. ALL ITEMS ARE MAILED VIA UPS AND/ OR USPS. WE ALSO SHIP WORLDWIDE.

CUSTOMER FEES

IF FOR ANY REASON A PACKAGE IS ABANDONED DUE TO CUSTOMER NOT PAYING TAXES, A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED MINUS ANY SHIPPING FEES THAT WAS OCCURRED AND A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.


Return & Exchange Policy

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

EXCHANGES MAY BE PERMITTED IF PRODUCT IS DAMAGE AT NO FAULT TO THE CUSTOMER. 

IF THERE IS ANY PRODUCT DAMAGES AT NO FAULT TO THE CUSTOMER, HE/ SHE HAS UP TO 48 HOURS TO INFORM I'M JAZZY BY EMAIL AT PICTURES MIGHT BE REQUESTED. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY PRODUCTS BACK WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM I'M JAZZY BY JANAE FIRST. IF A REFUND IS APPROVED AND RETURNED PRODUCT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY US, WE WILL ISSUE YOU STORE CREDIT ONLY.
